KNOTWOOD’s woodgrain color range and solid Dulux powdercoat colors will also ensure that whatever you do with their batten system, there will be a color available to suit your style – be it a touch of natural wood to add impact to your house or something a little more concealed.
BATTEN SYSTEMS
KNOTWOOD‘s ingenious batten click together system is a 2 part system designed for superior aesthetics, gone are the troubles of fixing through the face and plugging holes with unsightly plastic caps. KNOTWOOD does not rely on small clips to hold the battens either, it runs the whole length for easy attachment and strength.
KNOTWOOD aluminum battens come in a variety of shapes and sizes allowing the designer to create a large architectural statement with minimal construction labor.
KNOTWOOD‘s battens are available in a range of sizes from 2” x 2” (50mm×50mm} up to 8” x 2” (200mm x 50mm) and even larger with the use of a batten joiner. They can be used to create anything from an interior shelf to an exterior fence. They can take a plain façade and instantly convert it to a design statement. Combine these features with the simplest installation requirements possible and it becomes understandable why the battens are one of KNOTWOOD‘s most popular systems.

Flush mount battens conceal the garage door and blend in seamlessly with the surrounding facade reinforcing the geometry with the appearance of linear lines and invisibility. Choose from various batten shapes and sizes which can be used horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
A Variety of slat shapes and sizes can add the illusion of width and height while providing a sense of visual unity and ventilation.
